Battle of the Scones

Saturday morning at the boy's house, Tyler and I had a competition making scones. We each made our own recipe... and then it was up to the guests to decide who was the best cook! I made Cranberry Scones, he made Blueberry Scones with an orange glaze sauce. It was when Tyler pointed to a bowl of fruit and said something like; " Glaze with fresh-squeezed orange juice," that I knew I was outdone.

Who won the baking competition? I will probably never find out. Our guests were far too nice to say who's scones were better. Yet it was a fun time.
