What Kind of Elitist Are You?
Name the era, and you can name every artist from
it. You've got an eye for design and a knack
for feng shui. Color schemes, architecture, and
objt d'art - these are all your forts.
What people love: You're the perfect person to shop
with.
What people hate: They have to clean their house
whenever you come over.

Tower of Praise
I ran across this file today, it is the lyrics for a song I wrote at least three years ago. I had forgotten all about it until today, but I thought I would post it.
Tower Of Praise
By Emily Robinson
I'm walking up the hill
it's much harder than walking down
and my feet are swayed by two wills
but like a king; standing silently above,
Your eyes speak my name
My mouth trembles with awe;
Your words are piercing like a thorn,
You say you love me
You say I need you...
Once again I am rushed into your grace
now I'm shouting out all of my fears
letting Your words of love cut into my pride
praying the wicked hand of selfishness away
for you have changed my heart today
Chorus:
So let every breath I owe come be a tower of praise
to YOU my King
so let every breath I owe come be a tower of praise
to the Lord God Almighty...

Good News
I am an Aunt!
A few weeks ago I found out that my sister is expecting a baby. I promised Rachel I wouldn't put any anouncements on my blog until she visited a Doctor. But now that she has, I am free to spread the news... Tim and Rachel are expecting a Baby!
The following is an excerpt from Rachel's blog:
Announcement
"Rachel V. 2.0, also known as "Motte 1.0" was released on June 11, 2005, much to the delight of fans everywhere. Encouraged by the unprecidented success of this new program Motte, Inc. officials would like to announce the next installment. The Motte Nursery Expansion Pack has been tentatively scheduled for release on May 1, 2006.
And yes, this does mean I'm pregnant."

Mario can Break-Dance!

How dreadfully long it has been taking me to finish telling you guys about my stay with Sarah. I am going to try to do that tonight.
Wednesday, August 17:
Sarah and Rachel left early that morning to work at Cody and Wyatt's house, so I slept in and then hung around the house. It was nice to just relax for a while.
Mark and David were very helpful again in giving me video game pointers. I spent an unknown amount of time playing Mario, and surprised Mark, David, and even myself when I learned by accident that Mario could break dance. This led to some laughter, and from then on I tried to kill as many bad guys as I could through break-dancing. After I had played enough Mario, I decided to try one of their other Nintendo games; a plastic cartridge that read "James Bond" on the front. That was pretty cool. Mark was able to give a lot of advice about that game too. He and I took turns playing it together.
Then that afternoon I had a nice long nap. I woke up sometime in between 4 and 5 to hear Sarah's voice in the other room; saying something like: " He is hotter." I laughed to myself, and then got up. Sarah and I had plans to go to Topeka at five as I was just remembering.
So I went into the living room and she said; " Oh there you are!" And then pieced together in my mind that Sarah was having a disagreement with another in the house about which guy was hotter. Again I laughed to myself.
Not too long after that, Sarah, Rachel and I left for Topeka. First we went to Wal Mart. I didn't buy anything but Sarah and Rachel got school supplies. Then as we were leaving, we realised we would be late for the movie we were going to go see at seven, so we went to a used dvds store bought a few movies. Rachel got "Castaway" and " Grease". Sarah got a movie with Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Then after Taco Bell, we left for Lyndon.
We stayed up late watching "Castaway" and part of "Miss Congeniality 2". Then went to sleep.
